Did you really think that following me closer than a bumper width most of the way home would get you where you were going any quicker? Give it a break. This is not Nascar. You can not “bump Draft” my car and get to the “finish line” any quicker. This is real life.
And did you happen to see the other car in front of me already going 10MPH over the speed limit? Do you really think that I could go any faster than I already was going with them there in front of me?
Also please keep in mind that flashing one’s high beams does not make my car go any faster. It only irritates me and causes me to go temporarily blind. The end result? I SLOW DOWN. I know this is hard to comprehend.
Anyways, I hope your pizza was still warm when you got home. I would hate to see you eat cold pizza because I was in your way while you were driving home tonight. If for some reason you see my roller skate of a pt cruiser in front of you again you should know what to expect and I trust that you will find a different route home!
